Return and Refund Policy


Overview Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are excluded from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only apartial refundis granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of wear
  • Unsealed CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts through no fault of our own
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
